The Coach behind Inperson
Your leadership challenges aren’t theoretical to me I lived them.
Over 30 years, I’ve sat in the CEO chair, navigated boardrooms, led global alliances,
and made the kinds of high-stakes decisions that keep you up at night.
I’ve experienced firsthand what it means to lead under pressure, and what happens
when leaders don’t have sounding board.
That’s why I founded Inperson.
My Approach: Coaching through Understanding
I don’t work from scripts or frameworks borrowed from textbooks. My coaching follows what
I call “The way of Understanding”,
a method built on one conviction: the best solutions already exist within the leader.
My job is to help you see them clearly.
This means:
Deep listening before any advice
Challenging your assumptions respectfully but directly
Connecting your business reality to your business patterns
Holding you accountable to the changes you commit to
I coach mostly in person because the most honest conversations don’t happen over video calls.
They happen face-to-face, in environments where you can think without distraction.
